I'm just musing--it's fascinating that the word has had a denigration of meaning, rather than an amelioration. Silly once meant blessed.
Sleep sand/dream dust: The medical term is gound. Tears, snot, drool--the medical term is rheuminess.
How fun it would be to have a sestina in which rheumy and roomy were end words. Poem toward Tears might be a good title. (Rue me. Rumi. Roomy. Rheumy. Kangaroo. Me/and watch me wallaby's feet, mate).
Onward and upward to the writing notebook. Gilgamesh is now under control, and I'm ready for more intense writing this weekend.
